Ginkgo, Mariken

This compact, bushy selection has proven an excellent find, descended with the unique history of the species, with the same fan-shaped green leaves that turn bright yellow in fall.  Mariken stays very small.  It features thick, spreading branches loaded with a dense arrangement of foliage.  This slow-growing, decidous conifer makes a high-interest architectural feature with a flat, rounded form that is perfect for small gardens.
